Tracc Civil is continuing subdivision civil works at Vista Private Estate, with current packages including Stages 6C and 6D, Lot 2 and Stage 7, following completion of Stages 6A and 6B.
Tracc Civil’s involvement at Vista Private Estate spans successive stages of the residential development in Karnup. The works establish the roads, drainage and underground infrastructure required to support new homes and connect each stage to the surrounding estate.
Across the completed Stages 6A and 6B, the scope included:
These stages involved deep limestone excavation, sewer installation beyond six metres and protection of a live Water Corporation pressure main. The team used satellite-guided excavation, staged trenching and controlled plant selection to manage the works around existing infrastructure.
Tracc Civil’s continued involvement now extends to Stages 6C and 6D, Lot 2 and Stage 7. Working across successive stages carries forward knowledge of site conditions and service interfaces, supporting coordination as the estate develops.
Vista Private Estate Stages 6A and 6B were recognised as a finalist in the 2026 CCF WA Earth Awards.
