The Civil Contractors Federation WA Earth Awards are the states highest honour in civil construction, celebrating excellence in project delivery, innovation, and community impact. This year’s gala event, held at Crown Perth on September 19, recognised outstanding achievements across nine categories, with Tracc Civil taking home the Land Development Award for our work on Cassia Estate.
About the Project
Cassia Estate, developed for Satterley Property Group, is a landmark residential development located across Cassia Rise in Parmelia and Cassia Glades in Kwinana Town Centre, just 33km south of Perth CBD. The project spanned across Stages 3 and 4 at Cassia Glades and Stage 4 and 5 at Cassia Rise, transforming the area into what will become a vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable community.
