Burswood Point Civil Works

Tracc Civil was the principal civil contractor for Precinct A West, covering North Park, the Perth Racing carpark and West Park Boulevard. The works established the underground services, access, road infrastructure, retaining structures and carparking required to support the staged development of the former racecourse land.

Wellard Road and Henley Boulevard Roundabout

Tracc Civil converted the existing Wellard Road and Henley Boulevard T-junction into a roundabout for the City of Kwinana.

Mundijong Road Realignment

Tracc Civil completed the realignment of a section of Mundijong Road in Baldivis for the City of Rockingham.
