Development of a residential subdivision and aged care facility on Bailey Boulevard in Dawesville, located in the City of Mandurah.
Croft Development awarded a contract to Tracc Civil to develop a residential subdivision and Aged Care facility on 33-69 Bailey Boulevard, Dawesville.
The site is located in the City of Mandurah, approximately 14km south-west of the Mandurah CBD. It is approximately 21.1ha in size and is bounded by the unmade road reserve of Waterbird Vista and native vegetation in Reserve 33139 to the south, Old Coast Road to the east, Bailey Boulevard and native vegetation to the north and existing residential development to the west.
The site had been partially quarried in the past and contained some remnant native vegetation as well as some regrowth areas. PGV Environmental was commissioned by Croft Development to undertake a flora and vegetation survey of the site to assist preparation of a Structure Plan to guide development of the site.
