Tracc Civil was awarded the Andrea Drive sewer works in Henley Brook as part of Land Group WA’s Providence Lifestyle development.
The works supported the delivery of essential underground service infrastructure for the growing residential area, with Tracc also involved in broader land development works within Providence.
Scope of works
Tracc Civil’s scope included sewer reticulation works,trenching, access chambers and inspection openings.
The works involved excavation to depths of up to 6m, supported by dewatering, traffic management and coordination with Water Corporation.
The project required careful sequencing around existing access, service interfaces and live authority requirements.
Key delivery challenges
The depth of excavation was a key consideration, withtrenching works requiring controlled methodology, dewatering and safe accessfor crews and plant.
Coordination with Water Corporation was also central to delivery, particularly around inspection requirements, service connections and compliance with authority standards.
Traffic management was required along Andrea Drive to maintain safe movement around the work zone while the sewer infrastructure was installed.
