Tracc Civil completed Stage 4 of Cassia Glades in March 2025, continuing our delivery of civil infrastructure within this established residential estate in Parmelia.
The scope of works included:
Stage 4 required precise sequencing across earthworks, services and pavement construction to ensure programme alignment and quality outcomes. The integration of underground services and road infrastructure was delivered in line with council and client specifications, supporting the continued growth of the Cassia Glades community.
Prior to Stage 4, Tracc Civil successfully delivered Stages 2C and 3 in 2023 along Stevenson Boulevard. These stages formed a key part of the broader estate rollout and included comprehensive subdivision works, reinforcing our long-term involvement in the development.
