Overview

The PPP Scheme is the first in WA whereby Eduwest as a private consortium was tasked to build, finance and maintain public schools over an extended period. Tracc Civil is proud to have been included in the construction of 2 of these projects.

• Bulk Earthworks

• In-grounds Services

• Electrical Installations

• Detailed Car park works

 

Safety

All safety expectations have been met.

During the 12 month construction period Tracc had 0 incidents or accidents.

Project Challenges

• Extremely tight schedules were met in order for the school to be open for the 2017 school year.

• Working around multiple trades.

• Ensuring slab pour dates were met.

• Ensuring surrounding stakeholders were not impacted by the works.
